这个月汽配订单数量上涨迅速，国内外客纷纷下单做库存。汽配车间从早忙到晚，办公行政人员也加入了车间劳动，为应对繁忙的生产出一份自己的力量。

Orders for auto parts have risen rapidly this month, and domestic and foreign customers have placed orders for inventory. Auto parts workshop from morning to night busy, office administrative staff also joined the workshop labor, in order to deal with the busy production out of their own strength.

为了加强公司管理，完善工作安排，更好的完成国内外客户的订单，我司恢复了管理层每周例会。在会议上，各个部门会讲述这周的工作内容与安排，提出工作上遇到的难题与大家进行沟通。周例会很大程度上提升了公司各部门的理解与沟通，对工作效率也有积极作用。
