Choose suitable expanded graphite material, such as industrial grade, low sulphur grade, Oxidation & corrosion resistant or nuclear grade. Press molded into a ring form of required size and shape. According to the working conditions, it can reinforced with steel tape or wire mesh on the middle, top and bottom of ring, it can be used to seal hot water, high temperature and pressure steam, heat transfer fluid, ammonia, hydrogen gas, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, cryogenic liquids(LN, LHe, LNG, LPG etc.) etc.

根据工况条件要求，选用合适的膨胀石墨原料，工业级，低硫级，抗氧化，抗腐蚀或核能级，用模具压制成所需尺寸和形状的石墨填料。可以用各种材质的钢带或丝网，在顶端中部或底端增强，它可以被用于密封热水，高温高压蒸汽， 热交换液，氢气，氨气，有机溶剂，碳氧化合物，低温液等介质的密封。
