盘根密封的工作原理
盘根密封原理主要在于轴承效应和迷宫效应。盘根的轴承效应是指在盘根填料和轴之间,会因为张力的作用形成一层液膜,使盘根填料和轴形成类似于滑动轴承的关系,这样盘根填料和轴就不会因为过度摩擦而出现磨损。盘根的迷宫效应则是指轴的表面平整程度无法达到围观水平,盘根和轴只能部分贴合而做不到完全贴合,在盘根和轴之间永远存在着极为微小的间隙,这些间隙就形成了迷宫带,介质在其中被多次节流,而达到密封的作用。
How the packing seal works
The principle of disc seal mainly lies in bearing effect and labyrinth effect. The bearing effect of the pan root refers to that between the pan root packing and the shaft, a layer of liquid film will be formed due to the action of tension, so that the pan root packing and the shaft form a relationship similar to the sliding bearing, so that the pan root packing and the shaft will not appear because of excessive friction wear. The labyrinth effect of packing means that the surface level of the shaft cannot reach the surrounding level, and the packing root and shaft can only be partially fitted but not completely fitted. There are always extremely small gaps between the packing root and the shaft. These gaps form the labyrinth zone, in which the medium is restricted for many times to achieve the sealing effect.
